📋 What to Expect After You Submit

All requests are reviewed during regular business hours by our warranty team.

If your request qualifies under warranty, we will schedule service accordingly.

If we cannot determine warranty coverage remotely, we’ll schedule a site visit to inspect the issue.

⚠️ Site Visit & Warranty Policy

If the issue is determined to be under warranty, Honor Contracting will address and resolve it.

If further investigation or access work is needed to determine the cause, and it’s not covered by warranty, the client will be responsible for the cost of that work and any subsequent repairs.
